The Often Unexamined Part of Pattern Breaking

Our patterns can be stubborn and difficult to work with. Whether you are working on your relationships, your health, regulating your emotions, or your mind's patterns, learning new ways to approach breaking patterns can be quite useful. When you notice you are immersed in a pattern, the feelings of disappointment that you have are PART OF THE PATTERN! So working with these feelings really matters.
